SolidMatrix® SMD Chip Fuses

Our SolidMatrix® chip fuse, developed and manufactured for commercial purposes with multiple proprietary patented technologies, have optimum performance and range from 1206 to 0402 in terms of dimension specifications.

  • Monolithic glass ceramic body with silver fusing element
  • Silver termination with nickel and pure-tin solder plating (lead-free), providing excellent solderability
  • Compatible with both wave and reflow soldering processes
  • Operating temperature range: -55°C – 125°C
  • Tape & reel packaging

Features:

  • Multilayer monolithic structure with glass ceramic body and silver fusing element
  • Silver termination with nickel and pure-tin solder plating, providing excellent solderability
  • Compatible with both wave and reflow soldering processes
  • Operating temperature range: -55°C to +125°C (with derating)
  • Sizes: 0402, 0603 and 1206
